ARM Processor comparison

In terms of power consumption and actual ability what are ARM processors are better or worse? I know that was confusing. I'm interested in comparing these processor:

• The New 3DS XL
• 3DS XL
• PS Vita
• Snapdragon 810
• Snapdragon 820
• Tegra K1
• Tegra X1
• A9
• A9X
• A8X
• any others you feel like adding

I am looking at both CPU performance and GPU performance. Mainly I was wondering because I didn't understand why Nintendo or Sony just didn't put an actually powerful processor in there systems. I am guessing it is due to price, profit, no need, power consumption, etc. but I would like to know more and hear what you think.

 

resolutions being 1080p60 and 1440p60

and lets say it has the same cooling as a Galaxy S7 or Lumia 950 XL

Handhandles don't need that much power because of the OS and the screen resolutions, everything else is power hungry and handles I heck of a lot screen resolutions.

I'm basically asking why Nintendo didn't stick a Tegra X1 in there handheld and get the same power as a Wii U or Wii

1_They're nintendo ( that probably explains half of it )

2_cost ( both the 3ds and shield cost ~200$ ,but nintendo would have to buy them from nvidia and that would cost more )

3-size : the shield devices are quite a bit larger than the 3ds.

3. i still feel cooling could be fixed because after all they fit a Tegra X1 in that Pixel C from Google and that is thinner, plus you wouldn't have to deal with the screen heat

lastly, why can't they just make a powerful product!!!

Because  they´re fucking Nintendo. They don´t make the bleeding edge blazing hardware, they make fucking amazing games and let that carry them. Not how many pixels they can stuff on the screen.
