Network adapter prioritization

I'm looking for a way to basically only connect to WI-FI if there is no ethernet connection. I don't want to prioritize the Ethernet connection, I know Windows SHOULD use the Ethernet connection if it has one, I'm not looking for anything fancy, I just want Windows to disable the wireless adapter if it has a wired connection. 

(Windows 7 SP1 laptop)
