Heyo!

I've played pretty much EVERY mmo to come to the (free and pay to play) gaming market.

JUST CURIOUS: What MMO are you (currently) playing that you would recommend to others?

++Bonus points for underground mmo's that no one hears of in recommendations

+Bonus points for open world mmo's

My Recommendation: Anarchy Online

- This game used to be bigger than WoW ever was. Before WoW got popular, this game dom'd the charts!

It's rather aged, now.. but they keep releasing updates, it's incredible. HUGE open world Sci-Fi MMORPG (Sandbox). This game was my childhood and it is the iconic image of "what a mmo means to me" or "should be to me".

BnS. Its fun, no doubt about it.

I used to play the Chinese version. I remember when this game first launched, it was awesome! Not many mmo's these days with such flashy, glossy visuals. I enjoyed that game thoroughly. Some people complain about PvE, but it's not that bad.

I just love flying around. For people who like flying around with martial arts I'd also recommend Age of Wushu, that game is pretty fun if you can find a good community!

FF 14. Just try it for the 30 day trial. It's GREAT

I played Final Fantasy 14 for quite some time. It's a great game, although I do feel the cosmetic options in the game are sorely lacking, because the Squenix team has nerfed cash shop options. I enjoy the housing, and the dungeons/raids are epic! I'd recommend giving it a go, if monthly lunch money isn't an issue. Also I'd add that buying gold for that game is relatively easy, but can be pricy. It's a good balance of content for the monthly sub, and retail price of expansions. Plus you can raise chocobos, and some of the mounts are really neat :)

(DON'T GO TO UNDERPOPULATED SERVERS IF YOU ENJOY PVE)
