LINKSYS WRT1900ACS is what we use in the office. It works well even though all of us have phones, laptops and destops connected through it.

Cisco 4451.

It only has two PoE enabled Gigabit Ethernet ports (as well as I think 2 or 3 fiber ports), but it has three NIM slots as well a two single-wide service module slots (or a single double-wide) so it's all good. You can expand it a lot. I think the maximum is 48 switched ports.

A more serious answer would be something like the Asus AC68U but really, it depends on what you are going to use it for. maybe getting a fairly cheap router and then get a good wireless AP would be the best for you?

But it has no 802.11ac?

The Linksys WRT1900ACS has 802.11ac. That's what the ac in the name stands for.
