opinions on this?

I currently have everything besides the CPU. Currently have an i3 4130. 

* Forgot to include my 1TB HDD.

I am not that good with computers but not sure if that motherboard can OC a i5 K version. a i5-6600 might be better. if you are going with the K version you might need a better cooler.

Yep, correct you have a non-OC mobo and are buying an OC CPU, might as well save some money and buy the non-OC CPU.

Yes, definitely.. it's a good CPU for sure   but you'd need a new mobo..

That is the non-k model of the CPU you were looking at before... but there's not much difference in price TBH, you could still get the K  CPU, you just won't be able to overclock it was what we were saying.
