Should I get this CPU? i7 6700K

I'm not too familiar with eBay or the seller so not sure if I can trust it over Best Buy, Amazon, Newegg, etc. But it's $310, whereas the lowest it's ever been is $314 from Micro Center.

I don't if it would be worth it for just $4 in savings. I'd rather have it from MicroCenter with customer support and/or the ability to return it easily.

Well that price Miro Center had was months ago. Amazon, NCIX, Newegg, Best Buy, etc. have it for $350+ and it's been at that price level for a long while.

Go for it. I've bought plenty of PC parts on ebay no problems and if there is a problem ebay has amazing customer support.

Yeah I just checked mine and it's $329.99. Seems pretty legit.

98.5% positive rating, 186 of them already sold, 289 views per hour, I'd say the listing is pretty legit :) go for it! Good deals for better meals!

I am actually not sure, I don't know if Intel themselves has a warranty, but if you get a defective part, eBay customer support is great in helping you get a working product. eBay staff take things very seriously and they do a great job :)

Unless they specifically state a warranty, then you wouldn't have one. You would have some protection through eBay just for the initial transaction but nothing for later down the road. That being said, I've only ever had one CPU fail on me and that was TOTALLY my fault.
