Is the AMD cpu and that video card that bad?

they have poor per core performance, but it might be alright if you need to stream or record footage.

the 380 is simply faster than the 370 by a good margin, it's also faster than the 950/960

If you're going to go for an AMD CPU I would suggest getting something like the FX-4350. (and you might even want a cheaper gigabyte board). It is a considerable price drop from the FX-6300 and I am not sure that there is a considerable performance increase. In some cases, you will actually be getting a higher single core performance on the 4350, plus it is a very fast CPU. I currently have mine paired with 4 gb of 1866 ram plus a 750ti. I am pulling a constant 120 fps in league and can get 60 fps on most AAA games coming out. I would say try to save money all around and get a better gpu.

I would personally get a smaller 500 gb WesternDigital HDD over the 2tb Seagate one and then pick up an SDD with the extra money.
