Bottlenecking issues.

i Recently upgraded to a gtx 950 from a gtx 650 ti, But my fps in BF4 is roughly the same, i have an amd 5350, (quad core 2.04ghz, a am1 socket board) I have 4x2 (8gb 2 sticks of 4) of ddr3 ram and an atx case. Im curious on what motherboard and CPU combo (amd cause its cheaper) I can get for under $150 to be able to run bf4 at its potential with my 950. Any response is appreciated.

You have 8GB of RAM? 4 x 2GB cards?

Well the cpu is $ 86.15

So that leaves you to like 70$ for a mobo
