So I'm remaking a thread and the previous thread is this (not really): 

As I mentioned on this thread, I have tried " powercfg -h " and rebooted the PC. Unfortunately, the file was still there. 
I've did everything I can possibly think of but Windows just won't let me delete the file. Is there any way I can delete this massive crap? 
**MY HDD is fragmented at ~6% atm, and this file is not allowing files to be defragmented because it takes up space in so many segments, thus harming performance**

reinstall Windows.  haha.  Seriously though, what kind of error is it giving you?
