So, I'm thinking of upgrading my brothers computer and was looking for an easy solution, so I looked up prebuilts on my local vendors site and found a machine with these specs:
 AMD AM3+ FX-6300 Black Edition
 HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 8GB Black
 Seagate Barracuda® 1TB SATA3.0
 XFX Radeon R9 380 4GB DD GDDR5 PCI-E
 ASUS AM3+ M5A97 R2.0, 970
 Samsung DVD±RW SH-224GB/RSMS, SATA
 ASUS PCE-N15 N300 Wireless Adapter
Corsair VS550 550W KPC Bulk Edition
 KOMPLETT Carbide 200R Komplett Edition

EDIT comes with Win10 Home

for the price of about 892,73 US.

A couple of things to remember BEFORE posting:
I know the PSU is shit. He has a good one.
PC parts are a little more expensive in Norway than in the US.

I can build a computer, just don't really want to.

I know that CPU isn't the best. I'm more concerned with wether or not it will work for him and the price is right

He will be playing games such as Unturned, Minecraft, BF4, and maybe GTA 5.

Now, is this a good system for the money?

Just now, Sakkura said:

Since you have to replace the PSU, and it doesn't come with Windows or an SSD, I would say it's not good for the price. Even with 25% VAT.

It comes with windows 10 Home. gonna edit now.

besides, we have a much better PSU in his current rig.

take for example that mobo. that costs 124 USD in Norway xD

Well you should not list your parts in US prices then. Makes me think those apply one by one.
