Black Screen On Boot

I recently built a computer with Windows 7 on the SSD and it booted fine for a while, but all of the sudden, something happened, and now every single time I boot my computer I am greeted with a black screen with a cursor that lasts for about 20 seconds. This is really annoying since I went out of my way to buy a new copy of Windows for my boot SSD just so I could have fast boot times. I have installed the latest video drivers and that did nothing to help. If anyone has a possible solution that would be appreciated.
