Screen off problem

Hi

 

So I have a problem with my monitor, I used windows 10 for about 8 months now and this problem is just kinda driving me insane.

 

So i got gadget installed ever since now and then, and even I have this gadget called monitor off , it basically turn off my monitor without wait for a while, I used it very often and most of the time it works and sometimes I clicked on it and it turn of for 1 second and it turned on again, I tried multiple times but it still didn't work so i went to power troubleshooting to fix it, but it still didn't. So that's my problem. Does anyone knows how to fix my problem?

 

I'll have a screenshot down below to let you guys see what kind of gadget I have.
