Hello everyone,

This is the first time I using LTT forums and I have a question about crossfiring my R7 265. I would like to know if I could crossfire my card with R7 370 and if yes if I need a bridge. The reason why I'm asking this, is because the R7 265 is actually pricier than the R7 370 even used. Thank you and have a great day.

No, only AMD GPUs with the same core can CrossFire, like a 270X and 370X could but not a 380 and 390.

They have the same core, pitcarin. The 270x and the 7870 have 1280 cores and the 7850, 265, and 370(x) all have 1024 cores. They can ll run in crossfire.

They do? My bad I thought the 265 used Bonaire like the 260(X). It has been a while since I have had to do anything with those cards.

265 can crossfire with any of these

7850

7870

265

270

270x

370

370x

You will also need a crossfire bridge because these cards are GCN 1.0

Is this bridge legit?

Yeah it seems like it, I don't see why anyone would ever try to sell fake CrossFire bridges anyway.
