Need help with PC build

Hi, I'm trying to decide between two builds and I would definetly appreciate help. I would mostly use pc for gaming so I want to make sure that I could play The witcher 3 on high settings with about 50 fps as well as some upcoming games lik Deus ex: Mankind divided or Mass effect Andromeda...

This are the builds:

CPU: Intel i5 4460 3.4GHz Soc.1150                                            CPU: AMD X6 FX6300, 3.5GHz
Motherboard: B85 Soc.1150                                                      Motherboard:   Asrock 980DE3 U3S3       
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 380X 4GB DDR5                                      GPU:  Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB DDR5
RAM: 8GB DDRIII                                                                          RAM:  8GB (1*8GB) DDR3 1600MHz
SSD 240GB                                                                                   Toshiba 1000GB 7.200o/min High-Performance
Case: MSI RAIDER Front USB 3.0                                                 Case: Zalman Z1                    
PSU: Gigabyte 650W 80 Plus Bronze                                             PSU: Fortron Hyper 500W, 80+
Sound: 7.1 channel audio                                                             Cooling:  LC-CC-95, 90mm, PWM
