Can't decide between 2 monitors

So I'll be buying a 24" monitor for my dorm room next year, however I can't decide between 2.

Here's the first:

The stand on the last one looks kinda cheapisch, but for the rest they're both IPS, 1080p and have very small bezels.

Which one would you recommend?

i I can see you want small bezels check out the vx239h, vc239h or even the mx239h. They are all nearly bezel less by asus i have the vc and absolutely love it!

Look at reviews but that AOC one looks great. AOC is a trusted brand not sure about the other one though. I recommend looking at reviews at look at the features you want or might want and use that towards your decision.

Yeah the thing is that I'm not sure where the difference is between a €140 IPS monitor and a €200 IPS monitor other than stand/build quality.

I'm sorry I cant help you there you'll just have to do some research I think both will be great though.
