Sound not working after Driver update

Hello, first time here, so I will try to follow the guidelines to a tee. If I do something wrong, please let me know.

I already tried turning it off and on again, and I believe updating my drivers actually caused this problem.

So my computer has been having a lot of BSOD problems lately (don't worry, that's not why I'm here), so I felt like the smartest thing to do was to update all the drivers I can. So I went down the list, one by one, and checked for updates for every single one. Then, after updating, I restart my computer, and try to watch a youtube video. No sound, only visuals. I then went back to the driver I thought was causing the issue and set it to an earlier version. Restarted the computer and it still doesn't work. It should be noted that neither my speakers nor headphones can produce sound.

 

I am using Windows 10 Home

 

Processor: AMD A8-5545M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.70GHz

Installed Memory: 8GB (7.2 usable)

System Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

I'm going to go back to the latest update for that one driver so we have a clean slate to work with, just a heads up.

I just fixed it myself. Press the windows key and type in audio and click manage audio devices. Make sure you have the Realtek Speakers set to default instead of anything else. Why I have another set of "phantom" speakers I have zero idea. Hopefully this helps someone else.
