[System] Automatic Sleep, Please help!

So I've been using windows 10 for a while but never had a system problem, until few months back after I refreshed my windows, it's been automatic go to sleep mode even though I changed the setting in my power option, it still happened. Like whenever I left my laptop there for about an hour or 2, then it automatically went to sleep mode. Please help me.
