ISO Concern

I recently donwloaded a windows 10 ISO but I couldn't find Single Language "English International" on the selections for the ISO download, so I chose "English US". Problem is, I have a Windows 8.1 SL "English International" product key. Is it going to work for English US? 

 

"English (United States)" and "English (United Kingdom)" are the only available options.

Yeah, it'll work. I have English Win10 using a Finnish win7 oem key.  To address the issue more broadly, it's not just win 10. The key's aren't localization-specific for the older versions either.
