memory compatibility

so i have a qx6850 cpu and my motherboard died. i ordered a intel x38bt extreme motherboard it support ddr3 in x8 dimms up to 8 gbs (ill link product pages) 

 

i have a samsung 2x4gb kit of ddr3 1333mhz at 1.5 volts with x8 config. 

 

will these work or should i try to sell/trade for 2gb dimms ?

If it is Dual Sided (16 chips per module, with 8 chips per module side), it should work (I recommend updating BIOS to latest available).

will do ! im just hoping it will post wit the 4gb dimms i really need my desktop back my laptop cant keep up though it tries so hard.
