Basically I was playing like always and then I stopped dropping frames for some reason, when I stooped my friend told me to check how was my CPU usage and it was at 100%, restarted my computer and it sky rocketed to 100% and when I dragged my cursor at started creating black boxes.

I have a radiator so I had my cpu overclocked, I already turned it back to normal and it keeps doing strange things.

I also used Primal95 and checked my temperatures when running the program, it was around 80 degrees, is my CPU slowly dying? I need help D:

EDIT: I forgot to mention my cpu, it is a i5-3570k, I also cleaned the dust of the computer(not that much to make a difference in the Rad). and checked/applied the thermal paste, it was still the same so I formatted the computer. The temperatures are better but with a Rad. they are unacceptable... And I have the cpu at the factory clock speed... So problem kinda solved but yh... Not making much use of the Rad.

80 DEGREES WITH A WATER COOLER? boooi that thing is not right, u should be gettting less than 45 even in full load..

Check for any leaks or if the radiator is making any noises, if ur lucky the radiator would be the problem and ucan get away with just getting a new one , it could just be throttling because the cooler isn't cooling how it's supposed to be.

If that's not it i would check thermal paste to see if it fried or something, even though it should still not be that high on temps

no way with 100% load and overclock

He had 80°C with prime 95 running which is pretty reasonable depending on the cpu

I have an i5-3570k, it was overclocked at 4.6 if I am not wrong. It started slowly dying...
