Tried google to death and I just find a lot of sketch ass sites

7B means your drive is not detected by the OS/installation disc. 

 

You need to load your sata drivers. 

 

What,s your motherboard?

Apparently I got it open after downloading a crap ton of .dlls

You're getting BSOD 7B while windows is running? I've never even seen that. Based on my personal experience, it could be corrupted windows, corrupted sata drivers, "soon to die" hdd, damaged sata port

It's not a bsod. I got it fixed but thanks for posting
