My friend is having problems with YouTube on Chrome. This is what he has said so far "My *beep* laptop had been freezing on YouTube but plays the sound still . Then when I click the page it stops responding" "The sound plays for a while, while he video frozen, but then the video unfreezes and then everything stops". I have already had him 1st. Update Chrome. 2nd. Reinstall it.

it could be that he is trying to push a resolution higher than the monitor can output.

probably too much background softwares, maybe he can try reformatting it?
