You might need an extra SATA cable because normally, motherboards come with only 2 and you said you're planning to have 3 drives in total. Not sure if SSD's come with a SATA cable (don't remember what it came with when I bought mine), but it should. Just to be safe, get another SATA cable.

I am trying to buy parts for a pc I want to build. I know that SSDs boot faster and thus I want to buy one for my build. Will I need extra cables or other things if I want this for boot and two HDDs for storage?

Your motherboard will almost certainly come with two SATA cables, meaning you will need to buy a third one.

Sig under construction.

It seems to come with 4 cables. I would be kind of surprised if it only came with two, seeing as it has 8 SATA 3 ports.
