USB 3.0 windows 8.1 64bit driver

Hello! I realised that my front IO usb 3.0 ports constantly disconnects with one of my hard drive (WD elements) and im looking forward to reinstalling the USB 3.0 drivers but i cant find it for windows 8.1 64bit (im using this OS)

 

It works perfectly with my back IO port so i know it's not the HDD issue. My other hard drive (toshiba 1tb) works fine with front IO port as well

The WD elements works on all other USB3/2 ports (inclusive of my laptop) other than my desktop front IO so i suspect it might be a driver issue
