3570k imc degradation

hi guys i have realized my weird whea errors were caused by imc ;today while i was overclocking rams again. At the day i put this system together everything but ram voltage was on auto and it ran like that for at least like 5 months then i overclocked the system more ,overclocked the rams but kept imc ,internal pll and vtt on auto and ran like it for another 5 months AND then i started to get whea errors on complete stable overclock (which passed 90 hours of ibt test and %1000 of memtest)  

TLDR:

and now i will get whea errors with 1600mhz 9-9-9-24-2t with ramvolt set to 1.5v using 0.94v imc voltage IF i use my cpu overclocked at 4.2ghz or above

but now im running 4.2ghz with 1.17v-1.2v, vtt set to 0.98v, pll set to 1.55v, ram voltage 1.5v and imc set to 0.99v also rams are overclocked to 1866 10-10-10-28 -2t and stable so far(underload and while idling)

did my imc degraded ? should i be worried? and whats the safest maximum imc voltage that i could use all the time

1.55 ram is fine. 1.65v ram has been confirmed safe by Intel employees. 

Your ram is probably fine.

 

The more you oc you ram, more unstable oc'ing your cpu becomes and vice versa. Pick one.

i didnt even asked about the ram voltage read it before you post it ,also i like overclocking the ram since my pc will idle a lot and i will have lots of time to test it

Sorry, I misread. 

You asked about degradation. You shouldn't take your imc voltages over 3.3v. 

 

Fyi, it doesn't matter how many tests you pass. If you're getting errors, it means it's unstable.
