I see you are running Windows 7, you should be able to easily enter safe mode by pressing F8 before Windows starts.

From safe mode, uninstall MSI Afterburner. MSI Afterburner will not open due to the drivers for your graphics card not loading.

After MSI Afterburner uninstalled, you should be able to boot Windows normally.

I made the same mistake some time ago, this method fixed it for me.

Sry that I didn't keep this updated. I am on Windows 10 and I fixed it by booting into save mode with network drivers and relocating OC profiles of afterburner. Upon restart the profiles couldn't be applied anymore so I got back to stock clocks.

Tl;dr I fixed it myself. Thanks though.

I am stuck in a loop because as soon as I login into my Windows profil and afterburner profile loads my PC freezes and crashes. I know 100% what the culprit is. It is the memory OC. Is there a way to fix this in safe mode or something without haveing the OC profile load automatically? Help me. Fast please :( I want to play some games tonight.
