get some distilled water and pour it into the rads and reservoir

shake

rinse

repeat until clean

I dont know for the pump probably just do the same thing and maybe get a tube to put water in it and run it a couple of times with distilled water

My pump is a swiftech mcp655 cant I just connect all 3 rads witht ubes hold teh reservoir up and after last rad end it in a bucket?   (pump has molex conenctor I could power that up with my pc and just that on and off to fill it everytime

yes but you will waist more distilled water than doing it by hand

You can rinse it with regular tap or ideally using a warm wate rand vinegar solution as the parts are used to clean them out. For the final rinse going over it with distilled water is recommended to remove any minerals or contaminates from the tap water.

If if you want you can setup the loop on the desk to rinse through after to make sure nothing leeches into the fluid or colors it ensuring everything is clean.

Something like a 10-20% solution of vinegar will do you can just use tap water doing this and flush it out before doing a final rinse with distilled water.

so no vinegar needed? just shake with tap water and do the loop on desk with distilled water?

Ideally since it's used a 10-20% water and vingear solution is best for cleaning it out, doing that half a dozen times or so and giving it a few more with just tap will ensure it's nice and clean. And yes after a final rinse with distilled. You can run it on the desk for a bit to make sure it's clean by keeping an eye on the water to make sure it doesn't dis-color.
