Need Help on Mobo and Case Compatibility.

First of all, i'm a starter on building computers so I thought maybe i could ask some people about computer building/compatibility. I went to PCPartPicker and it says that i'm having a compatibility issues between my Motherboard and my case. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ( I attached the link to my build).

Thanks for your reply. Since PCPartPicker says theirs 2 incompatibilities, what do you think is a good solution for the on board 3.0 header of the mobo that isn't present to the case? Is there any adapters i could use? Thanks!

If you really want those 3.0 front headers you could get something like this.

I don't mind losing the speeds if that's relevant.
