your cooler is not mounted correctly - remount ASAP as 100*C will damage the CPU

100 degrees? Ouch, Your cpu should start to thermal throttle to prevent going all the way up to a 100, I think atleast. I really hope thats just a faulty sensor. But what you could do is make sure its clean and dust free and check all your fans and everything to make sure there is nothing stopping it to get a good amount of air. Buy air on a can and clean up your mess. Or just get an air compressor and do it the manly way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9T6WGFmam0

I once explained to my girlfriend what true love is. I said, "If you were a shit, I'd put you back in" and to this day, she is still my little shit.

your thermal paste is probably getting to old if the temps werent so high before and you didnt change anything. i would get an aftermarket cooler just for noise reasons!

It's not mounted properly. Individually pull on all of the tabs in the corners. One or two of them will pull right out. So clean it, re-do the thermal paste and remount the cooler. There should be two audible clicks on each corner. Once you get it on right, pull on them again to see it's on there.
