Which build?

I currently have 3 saved builds, one of them is mine and the other 2 are used ones I found on craigslist. Relatively speaking they are all around the 800 dollar range, so which one you guys think is best?

Otherwise probably the i7 build, is he really selling a 970 for $100? What's wrong with it? lol
