well... assuming you have a good reason to want a 5960X and 12gb of vram,

the only thing i would change is getting a better cpu cooler

'Yes' is not an answer.

What is the build going to be used for? Are you going to be gaming? Doing some rendering? Editing? Streaming? We need a proper answer.

The 5960X, Titan X and 32GB of RAM just seems like a total waste of money. Especially when you put a cheap budget cooler on a $1000 octacore CPU.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

this rig will be mainly used for gaming editing and software design along with a little web design and development. I also want to use this rig to create video games with the Unreal engine

Honestly, I would just wait for the new Pascal GPUs to come out and the Skylake 6-Core CPU.

I would get the 6800k and the 1080ti, instead of spending a lot of money on a 5960X and a Titan X.

If you don't want to wait a month or two, then get a 5960X with a 980ti.

Alright, I take back my previous statements on the 5960X and RAM. You could do with a cheaper motherboard, two GTX 980Tis and a better cooler.
