Problem setting up Windows Hello on Surface Pro 4

I'm having trouble setting up Windows Hello on my SP4. After I click 'Get Started' the front camera turns on but not the infrared led. In the Sign-in options menu, there's a red notice saying 'Security policies on this PC are preventing some options from being shown'. I don't know what does that mean

Currently I'm using the pin and picture password to log in. Windows is up to date.

Did you use a tool to incease privacy? Did you do a registry edit for privacy?

Have you signed in using a Microsoft Account?

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

No. It's a fresh Windows. No registry hacks or 3rd party privacy tool were used. It's literally a brand new sp4 because I rma the first one.

In all fairness it's called Windows Hello BETA for a reason.

Maybe try enabling Location services,

Did you remove your password? I think I heard somewhere that you need to remove your password to allow the Windows Hello to work.

Instead of getting the blue screen, I got the pink screen where it wouldn't even boot anymore. So I restored the whole OS from the Cloud. Now I'm getting so much trouble setting up onedrive to the Micro SD card. It's infuriating to say the least atm.
