The r7 370 is more than enough to run League and NXT maxed.
I can run league on a Intel 530 at 70fps and NXT in mid.

What fps do you get on mid ?

I never monitor FPS in RS as KK mage phase is the only time that'd be an issue for me.
My point was that my APU really wont come close to a 370, even if it's pretty powerful.
Keep at it, Intel.

Only problem, that computer he linked is the 4300 FX.

Oh, I trusted you to find him something better. Please do.
That rig doesn't come with an SSD or Windows.
I was just reassuring him that League and RS don't take much to run.

Ah, Black Ops 3. While I haven´t had any personal experience with the game, it should probably run better on this computer over the other one. As for making a pc, not, as long as you take your time and make sure your careful. There´s a number of helpful video guides online that you can follow. As for the site, it doesn´t sell you the parts itself, rather links you to the sites with the best prices.

Eh, any video going step by step through how to put the parts together should be fine, although some are better than others. I´d recommend just using one of Linus´ videos.

Did the build come with a cooler for the cpu?

They should, if they don´t then call the case manufacturer and tell them. The case should come with what you need to screw everything in. Don´t forget the stand offs.
