You should buy the RAM that you think looks good. It will make some difference if you get faster RAM, but honestly I would just look for something that fits in your system aesthetically, and is priced well. But those options are fine, just pick the one you think looks better, and just make sure that it works with your motherboard.

make sure the ram can fit if you have a large heatsink. the gskill is full size so it could interfere with a tower cooler, while the corsair's low prifile should be universally compatible
