im assuming you're re-using DDR3 since you never listed ram

 

i would get a higher capacity hard disk

an SSD is optional but preferred, one can be added later though

 

maybe swapping the GTX 960 to an R9 380 4Gb version, unless you need nvidia's features

 

swap the psu for something more reliable, like the EVGA's B2 750W, its pretty cheap now iirc, even though the wattage is overkill

or a seasonic S12ii 520W

 

also, you can get windows cheaper from other sources like G2A or kinguin or subreddit microsoftsoftwareswap
