I'm looking for some software that will check the performance and the condition of the parts in my MSI laptop. I've been getting a lot of BSOD's with the MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION code which I looked up, which says the hardware is failing, the computer is running too hot, or like the connections between components is bad. I want to run a hardware scan just to see if that is what is wrong. If it's hardware, I can always get a new part if it's something like RAM or a hard drive.

LAPTOP: MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 (hooked up to an external 1080p dual monitor setup so it's running 3840x1080)

Id prefer a program that can check EVERYTHING at once, not jsut like 'only the RAM', etc. which is what I see when I googled it. Any hardware monitoring software I can use to find compromises in hardware condition?

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen

Run some traditional stress tests and see how each

component holds up.

You can run memtest for memory, prime95 for the cpu.

Unigine heaven/firestrike/furmark for the gpu, do them

one at a time and look for any errors, potential artifacting

in the instance of the gpu tests.

I don't think there is a simple catchall solution for you.

Remember to monitor temps while stress testing the

gpu/cpu.
