Neither Premiere nor Media Encoder Using GPU

So, I have been messing around with video editing and of course trying to cut down my render times. But neither of these programs will use the GPU for rendering in either the Mercury CUDA or Mercury OpenCL accelerations. What have I done wrong?

Which video card do you use? Is the driver up to date?
