Hello,

I have a Logitech G602 wireless mouse. It's been fine for the longest time, however recently i've been having issues.

If i try to hold down a mouse button and move the mouse, such as drag and drop, the mouse seems to cut out and stop me from doing this.

I've tried changing the batteries, updating the driver and restarting my PC but still no luck.

I'm on windows 10.

Any ideas?

Thank you

tried a different PC? not sure if there's a reset button on that mouse, but there's usually a tiny hole you stick a thing into and hold it down for a few seconds to reset it. if it works fine on another PC or device, it's likely drivers/software/windows

Tried it on another PC, same issue. Can't find a reset button. :/

If it double clicks too then this is a hardware problem and has to do with the buttons. Had to fix my G500 by disassembling it open up the switch and scratching the contacts a bit. Been working fine since. You can also look it up there're loads of vids and guides.
