Critical process died Blue screen error :(

this morning i opened my windows 10 gaming pc and was noticing my ssd usages was 99 to 100% all the time i looked up more and found out that some service host 17 and sometimes services host 19 was causing ssd usages and i turned those off and all of a sudden i got a blue screen named Critical process died error :( when it was on bsod my system froze and i was forced to restart pc via psu switch :/ later i looged into pc and run a powershell system scan and result showed "WINDOWS RESOURCE PROTECTION SHOWS CORRUPT FILES AND SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED THEM" - does this something to do with my hardware or simply its a w10 bug :/

Your hardware should be fine, the problem seemed to be a file written on your HDD/SSD that got corrupted, which seemed to be fixed. Doesn't really matter if the problem is fixed though :D.
