kinda. 

1155 supports two series of CPUs (2000 and 3000 series) but Z77 is the newer version of the two, which was made for 3000 series. The chipset for 2000 series was Z68

Z77 is the chipset and LGA 1155 is the socket type.

It will but you won't be able to overclock it. Go for a Z series motherboard. I can probably find you one for around the same price of that one. 

 

EDIT: So I just went searching but the lowest Z motherboard I could find that's a little over is this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97pcmate . You don't want to get an H motherboard because you won't be able to overclock it and the 3570k will just be a waste.

It'll work but you should be careful with buying cheap case/PSU combos.
