ethernet problems on desktop

hey guys! so usually my peak download speed is 7.9MB on steam but I recently started downloading BO2 and I cant get past 1MB. Ive also started to notice that the wifi on other devices are slower. My desktop is connected through an Ethernet cable. Does anyone have any soluthoins?

try rebooting your router. I occasionally get weird drops in speed and a reboot fixes it. Its a really quick thing to try so its worth a shot.
