So are you actually building a PC? If so what budget/country? and what's your display set up?

Is it that build below? because you could be doing a ton better

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

This is a build I'm planning for the future.

America

If I was forced to set a budget I would say way under 2k on the build alone. hence the 970 and $300 cpu

I'm interested on what I can do better on... This would be my second build so I'm not surprised

Also I didn't look for the lowest price on things yet...

Here, Includes a 1440p 144hz IPS free-sync display for the same price

paying extra for overclocking on the 6700K won't be worth it

and a 390 is going to be faster than a 970, and gives you better DX12 support with more VRAM, plus you can get the free-sync display which is going to be cheaper than the G-sync display

but by the time you buy it newer stuff will probably be out

Ok wow... didn't expect you to go and pick out a whole system. Thank you! I'll definitely look deeper into the build you set up.
