7870 problems

ahh that might be the solution how would we do that

Device manager >display adapter to find your device and uninstall it. 

i installed a 7870 for my friend and when ever he goes into a game his pc will freeze and he will have to manually turn it off by holding the power button. i have installed the correct drivers for the card.

 

he has an 8350

MSI 970A-G46

8 bg of ram 

windows legit 

and a 1tb hdd

 

any help will be appreciated

what about power supply?

The G46 has had issues with 8 core cpus.

Lol, reinstalling almost always works. 

You know why I don't say always? Dem Autodesk Maya fatal errors.

It's not always enough to uninstall like that. Go download a driver sweeper, then run it in Safe Mode.
