hmm sorry to hear m8.

Could you descibe this stuttering in a bit more detail? Is Windows freezing or are the games crashing to desktop?

So lets go through what you have done:

- Reset the OC on your CPU, have you tried removing it completely and just running at stock?

- Reseating the card, unless you suspect the card to be faulty this shouldn't be an issue.

- Updated the drivers, have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller, nifty program that cleans prior video driver installations.

- Reinstalled W10, have you tried uninstalling it? Jokes m8. Should only do this if you are having other problems outside of gaming, its a time sink to reinstall and just frustrates you even more when it doesn't work. Spend your time on finding the issue before applying the nuke-all.

- Memory, unplugged each stick? Run Memtest if there is an issue to confirm.

- Gpu settings, are you installing the display driver and physX only. Don't bother with the 3D crap or the audio shit and I have found less issues without Experience as it can cause issues sometimes. Use DDU, above, to uninstall everything then update to latest from Nvidia.

- Heating, again unless you suspect a gpu fault and you know how to install a fan this shouldn't be a problem. Nonetheless check that your fans are all spinning and not blocked by wires, it can happen.

- low settings, is it just the games that you have mentioned above? Everygame or even while you are browsing the web?

My first thoughts would be to verify the installation of each game on steam. The game files can be corrupted when moving between HDDs/SSDs sometimes.

Another question is are you using a high refresh rate monitor?

Hope this gets your ball rolling, I understand your frustration.

and still no luck

Yes I can see your SSD. Hmm have you tried another monitor?

Could you please descibe the problem in full, for instance:

- What you are doing when the stuttering occurs.

- What it looks like, whole screen image moves, jagged lines accross screen. Can you take a picture, that would be very helpful.

-How long it lasts...etc
