Graphics card for my server

I am going to be running a Fx 8350 in my server. I need the quietest, coolest, and fairly cheap graphics card to throw in there. It will literally just be driving my monitor that is it.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

Well will it run a 1080p monitor reliably?
