Is my cpu bottlenecking here? Really would like to know. GPU usage flies around same as fps.

if your cpu usage is 100% but your gpu isnt also maxed out usually that means there's a bottleneck

That's the thing... It isn't just took photos with my phone please have a look.

yea as long as your cores aren't hitting 100% constantly you should be good. keep an eye on that while its under load and you're not just standing there in game haha

also any other running programs could contribute to high cpu usage of course

Yes, GPUs are not maxed out and the cpu is at 85 percent
