Windows 10 black screen

Go to solution Solved by VoyexTech,

Can you access command prompt? And do you have a second hard drive of the same size or bigger than the one with all your data on it? If you can get to command prompt you can maverick certain files (if you know the path) to the USB (if you know the USB drive letter)

This is not the usual black screen. I would say i have tried everything.

1. Changed from Hdmi to Dvi.

2. Changed from Gpu to mobo

3. Tried to open Task Manager and run 'explorer.exe' but it wont run beacuse of some thing side to side konfiguration is wrong and something about sxstrace.exe.

4. I can't go to any kind of save mode.

5. I have tried the thing where you are reparing from a USB but did not work.

6. Tried the 'Windows button and P' but did not work.

And beacuse i cant even open up in save mode i can't do alot of the things people want me to do.

The things that i can do is just to install Windows 8 again but would be annoying if anyone of you know a solution. And how do i take the most important things from my Pc to a USB stick when i can't really do anything else than use task manager. Just ask me if i am missing something in this text that would make it easier to understand.

And for all the people that want's to help thank you very much :)

Ok the save for the Witcher 3 should be at

C:\Users\<username>\Documents\The Witcher 3

and then move all of those files into your USB drive and you are good! If you want to get all your saves move all the files from the documents folder and you should have all the saves(unless the game has unusual save locations)!

Then reinstall windows and your issue should be fixed.
