Doom open beta crashing

I just downloaded and tried to play doom. But I get in game and then about 45 seconds later it just crashes with no error report or anything. Just dissapears and shows me whatever was under doom when I launched it. I have tried verifying files and restarting my pc and neither of these have fixed the issue. My pc can handle doom. (i5 4690k and a 390) Thanks for the help! let me know if there are any other things I can do to troubleshoot this.

I found out that my current driver version was 16.3.2 but the supported driver is 16.4.1. I am updating now. Man I hope this works!

Im on amd (390) and even after updating my drivers to 16.4.1 I still crash.

no i've disabled both, shit is ridiculous, cant find a solution.

Disabling raptr and plays and updating fixed it

For anyone who continues to have issues after disabling raptr and everything, go to doom, properties, launch options and paste

+com_skipIntroVideo 1 +set m_smooth 0

 helped me.

is M_smooth cursor smoothing? because it really annoys me in the menus
