welcome to the forums :P

remember to quote or mention the person you're replying so they will get a notification

as for your system upgrade, other than maybe getting a 950, i suppose you should save up and upgrade your whole rig

depending on what you do with it of course

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Gotcha, Thanks!

Is it worth to upgrade anything in my system or just wait and save and build completely new?  or recycle maybe the case and a few other pieces?

you're welcome

and you can repurpose most of the things except cpu, motherboard, and gpu

ram can be re-used if you opt for DDR3 cpu, though we're moving to DDR4 now, so you can decide if you wanna save a couple bucks

if you wanna use DDR3, haswell processors are still fine

if you wanna use DDR4, skylake chips or wait for AMD Zen or kabylake

as for gpu upgrade, i suppose you can see what makes sense when you're picking the parts

hows this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3bVbnQ

kind of my ideal upgrades and then use some left over stuff.

I am very limited on my knowledge of motheboards and cpu, I mainly just need a gaming rig that can perform at max settings for the now and the future.

Spoiler

1) you dont need an AIO for a locked chip, a hyper 212 evo is good enough

2) get one pair of 16gb ram is enough, unless you need 32gb of ram (i know 99% of the people dont lol)

3) you're getting a z170 board for the locked chip, nothing is wrong and you get to use faster ram, but it costs more than other chipset

4) i recommend waiting for pascal for the gpu, use the 660Ti for now

also, with that upgrade, you'll want a beefier psu, your current 500W psu might not be enough for the beast 980ti if you opt for it
