CPU cooler

Hi I`m shopping for a new cooler for amd 8350 fx and my stock cooler stopped working (that`s maybe for the best) I`m looking for some cheap solution since im really short on cash now and bought CM 212 EVO tho there is problem that there is no room in my case for back plate so i need to switch and was wondering whats the difference between CM 103 and TX looks kinda same to me and also kinda same specs only thing I can see one has back light :D .
